For the past 15 years, Ive trusted only one person to care for my 1992 BMWand thats Torsten Brune, owner of Prestige Autohaus in Walnut Creek. Torsten originally came from Germany, bringing with him the kind of deep technical expertise and craftsmanship that German engineering is known for. When he opened Prestige Autohaus, he built more than a repair shophe built a place where honesty, precision, and pride in workmanship truly matter. Thanks to Torsten, my 33 year old BMW still runs like a bright new car. He approaches every repair with care, explains things clearly, and never recommends anything unnecessary. Its rare to find a mechanic who combines skill, integrity, and genuine passion for what he does. Torsten is that rare find. Torsten has come through for us. I have had him do all servicing on my Porsche, after reading the favorable reviews and speaking with Torsten to let him know that I wanted to work with a reliable shop that I could confidently have my car serviced, when necessary, I have not been disappointed. Months later I was preparing to replace my wife's 2016 Audi A6 Prestige 3.0L all wheel drive. We purchased this Audi Certified pre-owned vehicle with 43K miles in 2018 and added their Platinum extended warranty, which expired when the mileage reached 100K miles, it has approximately 104K miles now. We have always maintained our car through a local Audi dealership, until we got a call from our service advisor that the bill to repair several issues at approximately 101,900 mile was going to be over $7,500.This was somewhat, a shock because the warranty had covered any service repairs up to 100K. I spoke with Torsten, letting him know about my idea to replace the car. He looked it over and suggested that I not replace the car (it's a beautiful one), and that I let him do the service. He did it at a reasonable price, far better than Audi. Recently, I took the car in for a brake job, it needed front/rear brakes and an ignition coil. I informed Torsten that we needed to travel during the Christmas holiday. Even though he was very busy he got the car to us in time for our travels. It had always rode a bit rough/firm due to the 20" wheels/tires that were optioned when it was originally purchased. I mention this to say that since this last service we have experienced a noticeably smoother ride. Torsten's Prestige Autohaus is our "go to" shop for our German cars.

Super fasr service easy to deal with

Torsten of Prestige Autohaus was recommended to me by one of the members of the Maserati Granturismo forum and I am so glad that with my decision to try the shop despite of its far distance from where I live (~50 mi away). When I visited the shop to claim my '09 Granturismo, it was my first encounter with Torsten and based on the cars he is working on (mostly Ferraris and high-end exotic cars), it is quite clear that people who own these cars put trust in him. He shared his qualifications and experiences while he was working as a mechanic years back in Germany. What impressed me with Torsten is the fact that he offers alternative solutions to the problem, not simply replacing parts here and there. One of the fuel injectors is giving error message and the local shop here in San Jose recommended to replace all 8 despite none of the other 7 is bad. Torsten offered to swap the bad injector from one of the 7 remaining known good ones and it removed the error. I have driven it now for a couple of days and there is no more error and no misfiring thus far. I put trust to the shop and I highly recommended Prestige Autohaus!

Great service for my audi rs3

Torsten and his team are Top Level! He communicated all issues with my vehicle thoroughly, kept me updated frequently and presented all options for resolution. Definitely the place to have your European vehicle serviced!

Torsten is the most honest and talented mechanic I have ever met. My 2007 x5 is running fantastic after bringing the old girl into the shop for some repairs. He's the best. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again
