As any Alfa owner knows, it is very hard to find any shops that WILL work on your vehicle let alone KNOW how to. Torsten is a true Alfa lover, the shop reflects his passion for Italian and German cars and he is truly a class act. I brought my car in and he squeezed me in to take a look at something that thankfully was a quick fix. You’ll never find me taking my car to the Alfa dealer again. I feel relieved knowing there is not only a shop that has the nuanced knowledge of Alfa craftsmanship and mechanics, but knowing Torsten has the love of the vehicle as much as I do. Entrusting your vehicle to someone is always a gamble, but I feel confident leaving my car here for anything, he made a customer for life with one small gesture. Thank you Torsten!

Torsten runs a shop built on professionalism, and skill. Everything about the process was smooth, organized, and handled with the kind of confidence you want when servicing a high‑end vehicle. What impressed me most was the straightforward, honest approach. Torsten focuses on what actually needs to be done and delivers exactly that. It's rare to find a shop where you feel completely comfortable leaving a Maserati, but Prestige Autohaus earns that trust effortlessly. The service was completed on time, the pricing was more than fair for a vehicle of this class, and the overall experience showed why so many people rely on this shop for Italian and European cars. Prestige Autohaus is reliable, and highly skilled -- exactly what you want in a specialty auto repair shop. I'm very satisfied with the work and professionalism throughout the entire visit. However, Torsten did try to sell on the idea of a bad A/C Compressor, but I quickly rebutted that the A/C Compressor was already replaced in September 2025 so it's practically new which he confirmed on my car's service history on his computer. Oh well.... 4-Stars only. Be sure to know your car history before taking your car to any repair shop.

We have been taking our Audis to Torsten at Prestige for several years now and really can’t say enough good things about him! He gets the work done quickly and always at a rate significantly lower than other shops. He has done several repairs on our vehicles and there has never been a single issue - it’s always done right the first time. Plus, he’s just a genuinely nice guy! Well trust him to take care of our cars for many years to come.
