I brought my Maserati Ghibli S in for its scheduled maintenance service at Prestige Autohaus, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Torsten runs a shop built on professionalism, and skill. Everything about the process was smooth, organized, and handled with the kind of confidence you want when servicing a high‑end vehicle. What impressed me most was the straightforward, honest approach. Torsten focuses on what actually needs to be done and delivers exactly that. It's rare to find a shop where you feel completely comfortable leaving a Maserati, but Prestige Autohaus earns that trust effortlessly. The service was completed on time, the pricing was more than fair for a vehicle of this class, and the overall experience showed why so many people rely on this shop for Italian and European cars. Prestige Autohaus is reliable, and highly skilled -- exactly what you want in a specialty auto repair shop. I'm very satisfied with the work and professionalism throughout the entire visit. However, Torsten did try to sell on the idea of a bad A/C Compressor, but I quickly rebutted that the A/C Compressor was already replaced in September 2025 so it's practically new which he confirmed on my car's service history on his computer. Oh well.... 4-Stars only. Be sure to know your car history before taking your car to any repair shop.

He gets the work done quickly and always at a rate significantly lower than other shops. He has done several repairs on our vehicles and there has never been a single issue - it’s always done right the first time. Plus, he’s just a genuinely nice guy! Well trust him to take care of our cars for many years to come.
