When my long time Mini Cooper shop closed, they recommended Torsten as a well qualified technician to take over the maintenance and repair of my car. On meeting Torsten I was impressed with his educational background as well as his depth of experience. He is a careful listener and is able to explain technical issues clearly to a lay person. After telling him of the problems I suspected with my Mini, he spent some time diagnosing the reported issues. He suggested to me that the problems were not as urgent as I thought and suggested I drive the car longer to see if the symptoms got worse before I elected to do any expensive repairs.
