Started by going to the dealer to have a gas flap fixed. Was quoted $1300 at Concord Mini/BMW. Went to the dealership in Pleasanton next. Was told $600 so I set up an appointment but had no record of me when I tried to confirm despite calling four times. An hour after the last call got a email asking me to rate the service experience. At this point I called prestige because they have serviced my other cars. They sent me a text when the parts arrived. Dropped off the Mini the next day and was fixed for $350. No fuss or hassles. Fair and reasonable.

Got Ferrari F430 2007 that I did an high level evaluation before buying, but needed a more detailed review of the car before driving it harder. PRESTIGE AUTOHAUS did that professional review on time at the expected cost. Got an accurate state of the car and future repairs to come. Very happy and will return

I recently brought my 1982 BMW 320i to Torsten at Prestige Autohaus to have a comprehensive car inspection. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have no baseline for maintenance and/or replacement part needs. Torsten was great to deal with and he gave me an honest top to bottom overview of the car along with a list of critical needs. On a related note, Torsten has a wealth of knowledge and its great to talk/learn from him. I definitely recommend Prestige Autohaus and will be returning soon.
