Prestige Autohaus far exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they communicated with me throughout the process to confirm the car was received (I dropped car off after hours), when it would be ready, what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they started the work. When I arrived to pick up my car the technician showed me the parts they replaced and clearly pointed out why the original parts were worn. Great people and vefy honest.

Great service and communication from start to finish. I dropped my car off after hours, and the next morning I received a text my car was received and the scheduled service would be completed as per the promised date. The technician sent me a text they saw something during the service and recommended they replace an additional part while they were making the scheduled repair. I texted back to please proceed and the car was ready as originally promised. When I arrived the mechanic showed me the parts that were replaces and explained why this was needed. The mechanic pointed out some future work that would be needed but never felt like I was being pressured or up sold. Will definitely be returning to Prestige.

I took in my new (old) Fiat after purchasing out of state and can’t clear CA Emissions. Torsten got me in right away so I could register the car. There are issues with codes and getting ready for emissions testing. Great guy, continues to work with and guide me to do what’s needed … and he’s not charged me because the issues seem computer related that a Fiat dealer may need to resolve.

Awesome diagnostic skills. While we’re still working on the issue, Thorsen did not jump into replacing a bunch of parts. (Dealership wanted to do just that). He’s been awesome to work with.
