Great experience at Prestige. Torsten was great to work with. Went over everything my service consisted of. He made sure to ask me if there was anything he needed to particularly pay attention to about my car. Service was very quick and he paid very close attention to detail. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here. Thank you Torsten.

When my fiat needs work I don’t even have to think about where I’m taking it. I phone Torsten and make an appointment. The fiat is fixed and price is always good. You have an older German or Italian car that needs work. Take it to Torsten. Take it anywhere else in the east bay and buy Kleenex. You need it because you be crying after you pick up your car still not working right. Prestige Autohaus is a no brainer if you want your car fixed right. May not be fixed right now. But it will be fixed right.

Torsten did a great job on my 1977 Ferrari 308 GTB - hard to find mechanics that know old and new cars - had belt issues and minor electrical wok which he resolved. Highly recommend

Torston has been my go to mechanic from the very beginning when he started CT Motorworks about seven years ago. He was already a very experienced mechanic. Few years later he moved into the present location at Prestige on the other side of the same stretch of the parking lot. We had two 20 year old lexuses and Torston have kept them running smoothly with detailed attention and timely service, all with clear communication and reasonable cost. I think he stands out as the most honest and competent mechanic that I have ever encountered. I am an engineer and I really respect the depth of his technical knowledge and experience as well as his flexibility in working on many makes. He is the total package. 100% Consistent professional in every way. Highly recommend without reservation and we are customers for life.

Torsten did a pre purchase inspection of my FIAT 124 Spider and did a great job. He flagged everything, even the windshield wipers not being 100% perfect. Ultimately the car was in great condition, but it was helpful to know all the little things that weren’t perfect with the car so I can keep an eye on them for the future. It’s easy to get to Prestige Autohaus, park and have a good conversation with Torsten about European cars. Side note, this is one of the few places in town that services Italian cars, especially FIAT. I’ll be bringing my Spider back for regular maintenance.

Thanks Matt, pleasure working on your Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. Have fun!

Torsten is very honest and doesn’t try to up-sell you in services needed. I inherited a 1985 Porsche that hadn’t been driven in at least 2 years and was spitting out more smoke than any factory you have ever seen. The car also needed a new ignition switch as well as all new tires. After seeing how much the car smoked, and knowing about the ignition switch and tires, he guesstimated it could cost upwards of $5000 and possibly more to get it running properly. Instead the final bill was under 4K. He could have tried to add some other stuff to the bill to get it to $5000 as that is what I was prepared for but he didn’t. Plus, I live Marin so communication was key and he did a great job keeping me informed on what was happening. I highly recommend his shop.
