First time at Torsten’s shop. Had an oil change and battery replacement/programming on our 2008 BMW 135i. Torsten was great, promptly completing the service along with doing a complete once over of the car, noticing previous repairs and advising on what to keep an eye on going forward. Torsten is the person to see for quality work and great service at reasonable prices.

I took my 2010 Carrera in for its annual oil and filter change along with the preventative maintenance inspection. All checked out great with tires, brakes and fluids. Prestige Autohaus does excellent work and I always drive away confident that that I’ve received the proper care a high performance vehicle requires.

I have been looking for a new mechanic to service my Q5. After reading some of the reviews I was convinced to take my Audi here. I was NOT disappointed and will be taking my Audi here for future service repairs. Tolsten is honest, thorough and offers excellent service. He takes the time to explain the problem in as much detail as you like. I highly recommend Prestige Autohaus. The pricing is fair and the quality is great.
