I had several issues with a Mini Cooper S I had recently purchased. AC electrical issues and noisy timing chain. I chose Prestige to take care of the problems based upon on line reviews from current customers . Called Thorsten to discuss the mini issues with him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on Mini's which was important to me as these little cars are very unique and I wouldn't trust the average shop to repair them. After addressing my concerns he gave me a estimate of cost over the phone which I found reasonable. Made appointment brought car in and he took care of the problems along with discovering my water pump had a very small leak and recommending it be replaced now as the labor cost was mostly covered since he already had access to pump due to the components in the area that he had already removed to replace timing chain. As a marine engineer I can say that Thorsten is very meticulous,detail oriented and observent in his work. The end result he fixed all the issues I originally had and then some. In the end the invoice came in on his original estimate with the only extra cost being replacing the water pump which was mostly the cost of the pump. He will be my go to guy in the future for any repairs needed on my Mini as well as my BMW 550i.

Torsten went above and beyond to diagnose the obscure problem we were having with the convertible top of our VW Eos - something the dealership was not able to do. He clearly explained everything he did to both myself and my son so I we had an understanding of what was involved and what still needed to be done. In this way I could assess each step, in terms of cost, and decide how I wanted to proceed. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!
